How do I place an order?
- Click on an item
- Click “order tab”
- On order sheet indicate
- How many you want to purchase
- Any color preferences
- Whether a resident of Pa. Or not
- Which method of Shipping you wish
- You may now click “re-calculate” to see how much
this order costs.
- List any special instructions in the box provided
- Click “Payment Type”
- If you want item shipped to an address other than
your own click the box “Use Separate Shipping Address.”
- If this is the end of your order click “Finalize
Order.” If not, then click “Continue Shopping.” Your
item is now in your shopping cart.
- When you click “Finalize Order” you will see a summary
of everything you have ordered along with a billing
information and payment options form. You need to
fill out this form in order to make a purchase.
What payment options do I have?
- You may choose to settle your account by using PayPal
payment services. If you choose PayPal we will send
you a PayPal invoice. After payment has been made,
we will process your order and ship it on the next
business day.
- Family Creations does not accept Online Credit Cards.
When you complete your order you will receive an order
confirmation. The payment option you chose will be
shown on this confirmation. Family Creations will
also receive your order and will note your choice
of payment option. If you choose to pay by check we
will notify you when the merchandise is ready to ship.
You will then send us a check and when your check
clears the bank (usually less than one week) we will
ship your product.
- You may also choose to pay by money order. If you
choose to pay by money order, we will notify you when
your order is ready to ship. You will then send us
a money order. Upon receipt of the money order Family
Creations will ship your order.
- You may choose to pay by credit card. We accept
VISA, MasterCard or Discover. If you choose to pay
by credit card, we will contact you by telephone when
the order is ready to ship. You can then give us your
credit card information which we will process and
your order will be shipped on the next business day.
How do I receive confirmation of my order?
- Order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail.
You should receive your confirmation no later than
the next business day from the date of your order.
Will I be charged sales tax?
- Family Creations is a duly registered business located
in the state of Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania state tax
law requires us to collect sales tax from residents
of Pennsylvania shipping merchandise to any address
in Pennsylvania. Therefore we will collect sales tax
on any orders shipped to locations in the state of
Pennsylvania.
Do you have a Merchandise Return Policy?
- We guarantee the safe arrival of all of our products.
You may return any item for any reason within 30 days
of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price,
excluding shipping charges. Please call or e-mail
your request for a return authorization before returning
your package.
What is your policy regarding changes or cancellations
on orders?
- Family Creations attempts to ship all orders no
later than the following day after receipt of your
order. If you would like to make a change please Contact
Us as soon as possible after placing your order.
We will do everything possible to meet your request.
What is your policy on product availability?
- Family Creations carries inventory for most of the
products we sell. If the product you purchased does
happen to be “out of stock” we will notify you via
e-mail that it is back-ordered and we will try to
fulfill the order as soon as possible. You will be
able to cancel the order if you so desire.
